Returns Policy.

Our standard policy is 15 days from purchase and applies to purchases which arrive to you damaged. In the first instance send an email containing photographs of the damaged article and if necessary, you may be required to post the article back to HelenTimelessVintage.

The cost of returning the product to HelenTimelessVintage will be at our discretion.

The return policy will start once the order has been delivered/collected. The refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 5 working days from receipt of the damaged item.
