About Us

After 40 years as a florist, I decided to indulge my passion for vintage, particularly vintage china, especially as I had lived near the area called ‘The Potteries’ in Staffordshire.

I think it is wonderful that all the skills and artistry of the last century particularly, are still enjoyed today.

What better way to be ‘green’ and ‘environmentally aware’ than reusing and repurposing these lovely items, rather than sending them to landfill?

Another of my passions is vintage ephemera – those bits of paper that are meant only to be transitory - letters, postcards, theatre tickets, cinema posters, stamps, receipts etc.. A fascinating glimpse into the past!
